Soooooooooo truth worthy...
Today at 9:06 at DuPont hwy branch I experienced the worst bank transaction in my life. This lady teller (I think ID 6076) obviously had no customer service training nor concern at all.She didn't greet me at all,didn't smile and didn't say thank you or goodbye.All she said was "what can I do for you...can I see your ID...sign this (receipt)...sign here (electronically),not in a nice way either.She obviously would rather be elsewhere. That's my SAAAD experience.
Their anger is so chronic, it appears to even effects their features. So that on entering the lobby and looking to the left, if they are not serving a member, the scowls are the first thing that greet a person when they walk in the door. I hate going inside this branch. I do all my banking through the drive-thru or at the ATM.
If you're looking for friendly, cordial, decent tellers, look somewhere else. Either a different bank all together.Or any DFCU branch, but this one.
Always courteous employees & fast customer service! They have been my bank since 2004!
This branch of DFCU is the one I deal with most often.Member services staff are always very friendly on the phone. However the tellers are the most unfriendly tellers I've ever encountered. And I've lived all over the U.S. and in Canada.
Very convenient.Easy access.
