One of the biggest mistakes Ive made in 70 years was banking with td.
Don't like anything about this bank. Stood in line for 20 mins with only 1 person with a simple transaction in ahead of me. It's bad enough paying $7 to cash my payroll check that is drawn from this location but having to be in there for a half an hr is a pain.
The only thing I can say good is the location and time are convenient. Your guaranteed to wait all the time.
I was there to open an account on 04/03/17 for over ten minutes no one asked if I've been attended to, the ladies where just having their one discussion. One of the teller even came as close to where I was sitting with my daughter with no eye contact, that was my clue to get out of the place, their customer service was 0.0%. Glad I didn't open an account with them.! I gave one star because there's no zero star rating.
I don't have to stand in line for more then 10 minutes and that's when they are busy. And there is always 2 tellers when I go in. I like that they are open longer. Only thing they could work on is the wait time for the advisors. I waited for 30 minutes for that once. Overall they are the best bank I've had.
