Called on Monday and made an appointment for the following Sunday. When I got to the salon, the stylist at the desk said that my stylist was not in yet but she would check on it. The other employee came out and said that there was some sort of scheduling error and that the stylist I was assigned to was not even scheduled to come in today. They had no other appointments for the day because the only stylist working was already booked. I wouldn’t even recommend booking an appointment.

Went to this salon to get a certain style at last minute was told I could not get that style because the salon closes at a specific time. Needless to say I was given a refund but had to fight for it. Poor customer service!!!!!!
No one answers the phone! Tried to get an appointment no answer, tried to reschedule , no answer,,Suppose to call to verify your appointment..never happens..not busy but never has any appointments available POOR service..looks like going out of business
