The managers are the same way they talk to the workers ignoring customers. And heaven help if there's a problem. They don't care.
Years ago no problem giving an order getting it the way you want it . In the last 15 yrs , the management of the store, the team has changed for the worse. Place an order now don't get it the way you order, worker would rather chat than wait on customers. No friendly service anymore

I just came back from there with my sister. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, got our food fast, and it was hot and delicious.
May wait in the drive thru line for 15-20 mins. Don't go doing rush hour. Super busy. 24hr drive thru!!
This McDonald's has got to be the worst one I have ever been too. 29 minutes in drive thru because they wouldn't park a car tgat apparently ordered half the menu. People actually got out of their cars and got food faster.
Seriously 29 minutes for BIG Macs and fries.
I took my kids for breakfast this morning we had a wonderful time. The staff treated us fantastic. The woman at the register had patience with my daughter while ordering. They brought our food right over and we're so nice ! Food was quick and delicious! There was an older woman sweeping the floor and she was so friendly she brought napkins to our table and complimented my children. She has a terrific personality and has a wonderful spirit! The store was very clean and every employee was moving around working cleaning etc. Very professional !
This is the closest mcdonald's to me , in the 20 plus years I've gone there , once a year lately .
If not for my kids I would have left. I don't eat McDonald's but do low my kids from time to time. But never again will we return to this mismanaged one.
