Always a great job! They are always upfront and don't do any service without first asking for permission. They always give a quote beforehand so you know what you are paying before the job gets done. This type of service is rare. Strongly recommend this Firestone!
I came in with an emergency service needed like 10 mins to closing, didn't get turned away...if fact they greeted me as if they didn't close at all. Here is the kicker, needed 4 tires, alignment and oil changed. 5 star service is exactly what you can expect

The response I got was "we don't flush heater cores." Really, guys? All you need is a 1/2 HP pump and a couple buckets and I'm happy to pay the $100/hour rate.
"Complete" auto care my ass. I diagnosed a problem with my wife's car, textbook heating core clog and I just needed my heater core flushed, as I do not have the equipment and I know it can be a messy job and decided it would be worth the $100-$150 average cost for someone else to do it.

Was driving from VA to CT and got a flat tire. Stopped at this shop and was so lucky, friendly, quick and great experience. I am thinking about driving from CT for an oil change here because it was the best experience I've had for a car related service. Highly recommended.
