I brought my car in because it had failed the emissions test during inspection. So, I told the guy in the office that my car had failed and gave him the codes the DMV report had listed. I was originally happy because they finished looking and fixing my car within an hour from the time I dropped it off. They charged me the base $60 to tighten a loose cap and do pressure check, I wasn’t too happy but the guy was like “ask him” when “him” was on the phone, so at the time I took the attitude of “that’s fine”, it is what it is.
Great experience. Replacement exhaust completed was excellent. Nice custom bends and fitted the underbody great. Better than from the factory. Best of all the cost came in under the quoted price.
They always provide fast, courteous service that's reasonably priced. It's so nice to have a versatile mechanic you can trust.

The only shop my family trusts with our vehicles when the service don't require special dealership programs in the computers. Very fair prices for service. I might honestly say too low.

Being as I was still awake anyway, (I work nights, so I sleep during the day), I went straight to the DMV to get my vehicle re-inspected and get my registration over and done with; only to be asked by the inspector if the mechanic had told me that I would need to “drive it around a bit first because the computer loses the data when they have to unhook the battery for the repair”... no they didn’t tell me. So I waited and went through inspection at the DMV, losing even more sleep, only to be told I would need to go back for a third time. After paying $60 for tightening a cap you would think that I would have earned that kind of advisory or reminder, but no, they got their money and that was the end of that. If you’re like me and are not knowledgeable about cars, don’t go here.
