It took them 2 hours to do my oil change, no additional services just an oil change. Very unhappy with the service and won't be coming back.

Had an appointment for 5pm after work figuring they would get started at 5 or maybe even 515 or maybe even 6 they didn't pull my truck in to start an oil change till 630... Sears auto will never get any of my money ever again!!!
