The BAD: To the staff. Ignorant? Seems too strong.
I like BCF, huge selection of discount name brand clothes. Shoes, meh; not so much.
One on floor even shopping and yanking tag, to wear then? So it seemed.
Really nice place in all honesty, but I didn’t check the door for the time they open, and I walked in (doors were open) and started looking at jackets, and instead of telling me they were not open currently, they just shut off all of the lights while I was in the building, so I just walked out because I couldn’t really look at items anyways..... it was just rude
Not to bad, it was very clean. But very very low on stock. Shelf's were move out. Would have like to have seen more to shop from.
The GOOD:..assortment of clothes is awesome! Coats to socks. Hats to shirts to skivies. Shelves and racks had been faced, folded and re-racked recently.
As though I may not shop here too often, just not my kind of place, there was a wonderful cashier by the name of Alyssa, little petite short girl with glasses, that was incredibly nice to me, and very helpful. She was HILARIOUS, she made me laugh and was a pleasure to have been rung up by her. More places need people like her in customer service!
Then, cracking your nasty gum, as we look at each other makes me want to hurl.
Im not going to get into the mentality of that Saturday night BCF crew. Employees there give customer service a whole new name. Min wage? Or close? They hire who they can?
The lines are way too long and not enough registers. And they need better quality coats and other items.

The Dover store has a crew whom act like theyre doing you a favor checking you out.
Look us dead in the eye, go back to BSing w another girl(cashier also) talking about some hip hop drama. Seriously. After a minute of blah blah he said she said she says."need help?" as if she grudgingly has to help me change a flat tire.
Dover store needs an employee sift out.
Go during day shift, may be better?
They're secret shopper and no doubt inner loss prevention(tags) would have a field day.
