My wife had several coupons and rewards certificates that she presented to the cashier hoping to get the best possible combination with the in-store daily deals. But the cashier who was helping her out was just rude. So I stepped in to help her out and explain that additional discounts are posted on the rack where we got the merchandise. He tried to show us how the computer accepts the coupons and told us that he wanted to show us how it works so we won't think that we are being cheated. I then said to him that he should not use the word cheat when dealing with customers coz we don't think that way and only wants some clarifications. It's just wrong what he did. Might be better doing business with more friendlier people in other stores.
I like it vary much, the people is vary nice and they ask if you need help looking for anything
The jewelry counter was terribly slow. There were only 2 associate's on black Friday for the entire counter and they were both new and slow on the registers.
I visit the salon and store, love both! Always great customer service!!!
