When I spoke with the woman about it.. she said no one was buying the organic stuff are people on the Eastern Shore that fat and stupid or does she have no idea what she's talking about?
Has gone way downhill... One of the managers has influenced them to get rid of almost all of the organic products. They used to have a lot of really good options for those of us who want to eat healthy and not die of cancer
Considering the fact that a study was done that shows that eating non-organic corn products results and a 98%cancer rate in rats I was really excited about being able to have chips and salsa again...
The good - some really good deals - bought a PC that was a steal.
I'm canceling my membership.
I would like to say that associate John from grocery is possibly the most helpful and customer oriented employee you have. He is knowledgeable in all areas from paper goods to frozen foods. He seems to always be on the floor working in some capacity.
High marks for having a great selection and excellent prices. 2 stars taken away because I always spend more time waiting in line than I do shopping. Always!
She explained how they were trying to phase out most of the organic stuff because people were complaining that they couldn't find the stuff they normally Buy she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and talk to me like I was a dog
The Bad - some of the food items are only sold in such huge quantities a couple (like wife and I) would have most of it go bad before we could eat it all, and MANY of the deals are one-time - you get something and like it, go to buy it again, and they don't carry it any more.
I would like to say a huge thank you to the two customer service reps who attempted to assist. They were extremely nice and tried everything they could to help make the situation right.
Maybe it's because I was with someone who knows her character and knows that she used to work at Bonanza and steal the tips off the table who knows either way if there's nothing there that I want there's no point in having a membership so
They used to have an awesome organic salsa coconut milk, organic bars for the children, organic tortilla chips... etc.
I had the absolute WORST customer service from the early morning manager. My husband is deployed and yet no accomadations would even be attempted to help with the situation, despite having POA. She made it very clear that she didn't have the time to waste trying to help me nor did she want her employees doing it either. I would NEVER recommend this membership to anyone!
