I ordered flowers from them to send to my mother. They had no driver to deliver the flowers that they wanted my mother to go get them. The woman who I talked to was rude. She hang up on me when I was canceling the order. Then I called about my refund why it wasn't in my account yet. They didn't send the refund that same day. They waited two days to do the refund. So now I have to wait til Friday to get my money. That same woman was so rude she hang up on me again. If my money is not in my account by Friday. You will see how someone from the south handles it! I don't put up with rude people. I will shut you down! You scam people of their money. They lied by having a website saying they are on base when they aren't. No driver to deliver on base. And they wanted to charge me 20 dollars for a deliver charge for my mother to drive all the way down there to pick up her own flowers. People don't go to this shop or flowers on base. They are liars and rude to their customers.
