Staff was helpful, the pricing is sometimes a little high. If it is something you can wait to order off the internet or be able to shop around for do that. They also do not bill insurance companies.

I just rented a knee scooter for the second time. The first time I needed it longer than I thought, so I asked if I could purchase it. They sold it to me minus the payments I had made during the rental period. How wonderful. I won't need this one for more than a couple weeks, so I won't be buying it. But the reason I went back to them a second time was because of their quick, polite service.
I ordered foot pegs for a wheelchair over 2 weeks ago. I was told several times i would recieve a call back ...i heard nothing back. I call again and was told ill call you back again. This happen several times.After the order was placed i was given a date they would be in and again i had to call them to find the delivery date was 5 days later than originally stated. I then went there at 1pm the date they should arrive and they were still not here. I work night shift so they said they would call me and i could have my husband pick them up ...again never called. So I went in after work to cancel my order if they were not there ..finally they have arrived.... this was a very drug out and unprofessional process. Thank goodness my grandfater is not wheele chair bound and wasnt dire need of them right away or he would have been SOL . I did express the urgency of these so he could be transported he can not hold his feet up for any lenth of time
