DO NOT USE this insurance Agency. This company repeatedly took payments and NEVER credited our account. Right after we paid by credit card for a NEW policy, cancelation notices came in the mail within the week. We called the agent several times to straighten out the account as the insured company had over $1500 more to the total amount per year than we were told the policy was and our payments per month were more than we were told. We were told, "I'll look into it and call you tomorrow". Never heard back and called again to hear "oh I forgot but everything is ok the account is right". We said how can it be right when you said it was this much and there is a $1500 a year difference? We also questioned where our money went and were told they keep the initial down payment! We were never disclosed this! Then i find out that they should not keep it and receive a conmission check from Nationwide. Then i received papers from a finance company for the policy adding $500 more interest. WHAT??? Again NO disclaimer by the agency letting us know the policy went to a finance company. I never heard of this. We went to the office requesting to get our policy package and auto ID cards and were told we do NOT print or mail a 52 page document!! WHAT? Who tries to hide policies from clients? Obviously they added more insurance than we asked for if you don't want to give us our policies. As we shopped around for other insurance, we still paid to agent and YES we still received letters it wasn't paid. Beware of this agency. I strongly advise to stay away. Very cold, unfriendly, unprofessional. I'm really shocked a agency treats a good customer with several policies this way. They should loose their license.
