I have been getting more and more frustrated with this branch as time goes on. There have been multiple times where I have had an issue and called the branch for assistance. They always say they will call back and never do. Then I have to call back multiple times. Right now another example is occurring. My bill has been increased by $100 and I called on 10/16/17 around 4:15pm to inquire about the increase. Tonya said she would figure it out and call me back. I know that they close at 5pm so I didn't expect a call back that evening. The following day, 10/17/17, comes around and still no call back so I call the office at 2PM. After a brief hold the receptionist informs me someone will give me a call back within 5 minutes. It is now 2 hours later. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except this is the 3rd time something like this has happened. They never call back and you have to do all the work to keep up to date on your policy. They do not seem to care about their customers. I am thinking of transferring to another branch.
