I came to dave with my old engagment ring looking to pull all the diamonds out and create a new ring that I could give to my mother as a gift. He drew up what we wanted and we liked what we saw on paper. Once it was created it wasn't exactly what we had invisioned it would look like. So he took it back with no hesitation and added about 21 smaller diamonds in place of the white gold I wanted taken out off the ring for no charge. Then before I had the chance to get it my mother decided she wanted it engaved for us and he did that free of charge as well. He didn't have to do any of that we were willing to pay to have it perfect. I would recommend the loupe for anything you need for jewlery. I have had watches fixed, sized and jewerly cleaned there and now a ring made. The integrity and friendliness of the staff and dave is awesome. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful ring my mother and I will cherish forever.

Had a watch battery changed. They were 10.00 to change a battery. Today, it went to 15.00 after they had installed it. The person indicated it was $15.00 unless you have more than 1 watch. Even at $10.00 its a little steep. Will be looking elsewhere.
I wish i could give this place more than just 5 stars! After a bad experience with Kay jewelers, We left there heartbroken after being promised a certain price on a ring i loved. As we were walking back to our car Jewelers loupe was in our path. My finance said lets give it a shot. We walked in with a small budget and walked out with a ring fit for a princess. It was more than i could ever dream of having. They managed to stay in our budget PLUS give us a discount on a bigger diamond. We will be taking our business here for many years to come.
