Poor service level on purchase transaction - Provided inaccurate closing statement for funds needed for closing prior to closing. Also, settlement agent was supposed to make arrangements for water, sewer, and taxes to be placed in buyer's name as of settlement date per their Buyer Disclosure Letter. Ward and Taylor did not notify water company of ownership change and water was turned off by the water provider on the home after closing. Major inconvenience. Will not use their settlement services on any purchase transactions in the future.
