Very confusing with what you should do. Received no help when I came in, all I was told to do was take a number and wait.
Office located on back side of Blue Hen on Bay health end. Walk in Service Mon 0830-630, Tues 0830- 330. Service was quick and easy. Pull number, grab form, fill out and wait for number to be called.
Messy. Only 1 person working the window 2 others there looking. Place is jammed packed with people and at this point nobody is being called. Poor customer service.
For a small operation, I thought it was fast, friendly and efficient.
