I just had one of the most pleasant experiences with E-Z Pass.
EZ Pass DE continues to fail at customer service and at record keeping, and continues to charge my credit card and account for a plate that acknowledge I have removed from my account. They may be the most incompetent organization I have ever encountered.
Called & spoke to Tammy, had multiple issues to discuss.We needed new transponders, took one car/tag off our account, added 2 more. She made it a very simple process & a pleasant one. Wonderful customer service, she should be congratulated. A bright spot in my day for sure !
Really horrible service! When your balance was low, you never received anything to warn you that your balance was low. When you as a first time run a long distance and got balance low, They sent you directly a bill of $54 instead of $4. When you called them, they asked you to file an appeal, when you file them appeal, they reject it. Why do you waste me one stamp to file the appeal then? Oh I got the bill two months after I pass delaware! They need a better system or need a better company to run ezpass.
I tried to open an account online and the system directed me to call customer service. After calling CS I was directed back to the website. You will never guess what happened. On second thought, you probably can.
After receiving numerous violations in the mail, I spoke with Georgette who was a great help. Good customer service is always appreciated. Thank you Georgette :)
