Can't never find out anything or get someone to call you back
Every traumatic emergency that I faced got worst when I tried to seek help.
James Williams State Services Center is the worst place to go when you need help. The Workers are extremely judgmental and help who they want to help.
They help who they want to help. People who work and pay taxes can't even get a break when they need it most. The service people are judgmental and picky.
The worst ever workers are disrepectful customer service is horrible the entire staff needs to be reviewed they need some classes to teach them how to deal with people.
Do not go to them make them your last, LAST option because even then they probably wont help you. Delaware does the least but asks for the most. I work full time and Pay Taxes and I cannot believe my treatment.
Poor customer service and all the social workers in there act like they don't wanna help you when you come in for help. They will look down on you. Smh....I will never recommend there service to anyone!!!
