An extremely popular place. And rightly so. Food and service are excellent. I go mainly for their lunch portion of lasagna and salad. Desserts are always interesting. If you love Italian food, you must eat here!
I really enjoy the olive garden. they always have something I like. there soup and salad , is perfect for me , if you don't want anything heavy. there Tuscany soup is great. .
Very good service!! Helpful waitress excellent food. Good prices. We were between lunch n dinner crowd and no wait but still lots lots of people enjoying their .meal.

My husband and I LOVE Olive Garden in Dover, DE. There is never a wait, prices are very reasonable and the food is always great. It's also very rare for my husband to bring home a doggy bag or even dessert...he does BOTH here! The service is always great, personable, detail-oriented and attentive. Before Olive Garden I never ordered meat sauce. It was recommended here by a server who spent a lot of time telling me the name of the man who made it from scratch and that it wasn't just beef...it's made from really prime beef AND wonderfully-seasoned Italian sausage. Now it's my favorite sauce. But be sure to choose a hollow pasta to hold the sauce in each bite (I love the cavatapi). The wine list here rivals those in MANY upscale restaurants I have frequented, including NYC and NJ where I am originally from. Additionally, all of the soups are homemade and are equally delicious (although I am very partial to the minestrone; I always bring home an extra container for a lunch treat the next day). Finally, the desserts are decadent and I recommend the little parfaits; you get three and can choose from a variety of flavors or get three of the same. As you can see, I love this Olive Garden and if the one near you isn't up-to-snuff, recommend that the franchise owner get in touch with Dover, DE's owner to find out what they are doing RIGHT!
