We visited here on a cold Sunday in March. Basically, this park consists of one long dead-end road that ends at a shipwreck. Kudos to the park and preserve management folks who created protected areas for nesting turtles and other area wildlife, but the whole park seems to be "centered" around the fact that the road doubles as an access through-way to a giant pipeline. Would recommend visiting Bombay Hook just further North instead.
Port Mahon Road has a couple of pull outs to park at a public boat ramp, a public fishing pier, and a little too much traffic for a relaxing walk.
