Worst apartment complex in dover or delaware for that matter. A pipe broke in the apartment above mines causing major damage and mildew in my bathroom (I'm 5 months pregnant btw) also water damage in the bedroom where my newborn would be sleeping. we've called multiple multiple multiple times over the past month to get it fixed haven't seen anyone yet, Maintenance men stand around and smoke all day long. Our bathtub was supposed to be repainted before we even moved in but it's still damaged we've been here since March and now it's almost june. If you care about yourself and your family do not move out here. I Definitely will be going the legal route, getting my money back and moving away from this dump as soon as possible.
Honestly I moved in late august 2017 and I moved out on Thursday! Nothing about this place is habitable. No running water in the shower for 2 weeks. Roaches everywhere literally everywhere, holes under the sink mice outside in the hallway of the building and in the apartment and oh yeah in the few weeks of living there, someone got shot outside my building. Disgusting is a nice word for this place.
