I have lived here 4 years. My apartment has been infested with fleas off and on the whole time. They have not solved the problem as to where they are coming from. I have spent thousands exterminating the place and throwing out infested furniture. Stay far away from this place.
if i could give a 0 i would. very rude and unprofessional. when you move out they charge you for ever little piece of dust. not military friendly, submitted orders to move but was charged for the remainder of the lease illegally and tried to evict due to no one being there and paying rent after i had moved out. may be a decent cost for rent but is so not worth the extra charges and the fighting.
I am going to be completely honest here. Living here 4 years and I have seen a lot of things. Cops are here just about every weekend because of the parties college students have. I never understood the thrill these people have of standing AKA partying in a small apartment with up to 100 people. Anyways, maintenance workers were OK. All friendly. They all try their best. The apartment we live(d) in is very substandard....The carpet is dirt cheap and of course after living in a space for four years, it deteriorates. Would be nice to have it replaced...ANYWAYS. The water is sometimes brown. The walls are badly painted....And VERY thin. I honestly think this complex has A LOT of potential...but management doesn't seem to care..or take the proper steps to build a better living environment. The property management is very rude..Does it hurt to smile? Anyways...whoever reads this..Please do some research...there is BETTER out there. Im sad to say but this place will not give you your money's worth...but hey..that's just my two cents.
Very unprofessional and they have roach infestations that were not properly attended to. Good luck with parking, 212 apartments and only 270 spaces--you do the math with college students and most families having two cars. It's very old and outdated. If you're military you're better off at other apartment complexes and will get a better deal. Its extremely important to do your research when apartment hunting.
I have lived here for 7 months, staff is very friendly and helpful, I did have a bad roach infestation when I first moved in but it was corrected right a way, like many you can hear everything my neighbors does and say, the building is always clean, my packages were being stolen by some of the kids in the neighborhood who lived near the rent office, they send out notices of any issues arising, do apartment inspections, and ask for issues to be mentioned. I really like living hear.
