More like Crapplebees. Staff can't take orders to save a life and they're not the nicest when doing so. I love Applebees, I go to the one only 20 minutes away from this store and never have an issue. This particular store however can never seem to get my order correct. I ask for my food well done, and honestly it barely looks fully cooked. Bad service all around.
Delicious Apps. Stopped in on a Sunday and to our great surprise...half price apps!! Our waitress was wonderful.

And the lady about the reservation for 30 just took the cake. Kids in the drinking area. Service slow for a party of 30. What did you expect. People are hilarious tgey contradict themselves in their own reviews.
Ordered our food and waited for almost an hour then it came out cold. Then when we asked for a manager it took him 18 minutes to show up (m. Adams) which was rude like We were trying to screw them over. But there was 4 of us and 2 were hot and 2 were ice cold. The waiter told the manager we didn't want a replacement meal. What the hell. Worst service ever.
Typical stupid people
The recent reviews definitely show people who are just plain out complainers about life in general. Especially the one with the lady complaining about the place being busy on. Friday night and having to wait. You can't be serious. Then complain about a homeless person. Maybe your bitter butt should have bought him a sandwich.
Went on a Friday night at about 10pm. Thought it wouldn't be too crowded but I was wrong. Service was slow probably because they were so busy but it took us an hour to get seated and waited over a half hour to order. Homeless man was walking around outside the building where we had to wait because it was packed. Only time to go is during the day, when the service is a little better. DO NOT GO AT NIGHT unless you are a college kid and do not care about anything but cheap drinks. After dark on the weekends this place pretty much turns into a local rowdy bar instead of a family restaurant. Just time your meal here right.
