Initially, they appeared to be a great facility while my daughter went there for a year. After we had my son, I registered him as well. Since the first day he started, there had been problems. If he would sit up, we would get a call. For the littelst things, we would get calls to pick our son up. This last month my son (1 yrs old) has been suspended for biting. I've took him to multiple places and have never whitnessed him biting. So I demanded to see the video to see why he was biting. As I watched the video I saw EIGHT minuets pass where my son WHO IS ONE was strapped in the highchair for longer than 1 minute. After questioning why the time had passed for so long and Cameron was STILL sitting there after 8 minuets, I was told "I don't know I can't tell you"! Please do NOT take your child here
Initially, this appeared to be a well run facility but I couldn't ignore the fact that the staff is purposefully neglectful.
After several instances of my child being injured without any written or verbal explanations - I decided to remove my child.
