I have been very pleasantly surprised with this place, been at least 7 times. Anna is a very good therapist - very professional, kind, and her technique is excellent. Akina is also excellent. The reflexology and pressure point work are very relaxing. The foot reflexology is fantastic; you get a foot soak at the beginning, hot stones and hot towels at the end. Quick and easy to walk in.
Was treating my friend to a lunch date to pick her up from having a bad day, asked for a quick ten mins and was told "10 15 okay". Once i went to go pay for it I said 10 right? She said no, 15 and I asked her why when we were on a time crunch and wanted 10, she said 15. So when she clearly got me for more money she gave me the 5 bucks i cashed for the 20 and pointed to her sign and saod you tip me now, I was taken back especially after she got me for an extra 5 now she was demanding a tip, literally hand out pointing at sign saying you give me tip now! Here's a tip for ya, listen to what i was asking and stop trying to extort people.
