Very slow service with no oversight
Slow service ignorant staff.. just awful! I live less than 2 min away from here and decided to wait on hold for the IRS for 2 hours instead of dealing with these people.. a man came in said he was dying and asked of his wife or son would inherit his debt the woman told him to pay it before he dies.. like who says things like that.... I had identity theft was given a stack of papers and sent on my way
