I bought boots in perfect condition, after 1 wear they cracked and peeled. They looked horrible. Unfortunately I lost my receipt, (although I used my credit card for the purchase) and the manager would not do an exchange for me. Very dissatisfied with her reaction.

I LOVE style encore! I had just had a baby so I needed fashionable clothes to last me during my transition without breaking the bank. They have everything you can think of, slacks, work out wear, designer bags, flats, heals, boots, etc.I'm happy I'm able to shop there and not have buyers remorse!!
