I have been going here for three years and have always had a good experience. When I had to bring in my newborn son with me, the staff was so understanding and helpful. Now he's headed there for his first ever dentist appointment :)
I'm not a fan of the dentist, but I love going to see Dr. Neena, she always asks me how I'm doing and the staff are friendly. I've never had to wait long for them to see me either. They take care of me and all my children and it is always great care. Office is neat and clean as well.
When this office first opened I loved it. The staff was friendly and customer service mattered. It is with great disappointment that I recently had to find a new dentist as the result of one of the front desk staff members. I spoke with Dr. Neena regarding the incident and she really didn't seem to care. What's the loss of only four patients. It's quite sad how dramatically a practice can change due to success. Never forget how you got that success because it may not last forever if you continue to provide the type of service I received.
The office is clean, the staff are friendly and professional and I am seen in a timely manner. Not only do I see Dr. Neena for my regular dental care I also see her as part of my sleep apnea treatment. I have a mandibular repositioning device that was custom made by Dr. Neena that has eliminated my need for a cpap machine and I am thankful for that.
Always a great experience. Always get taken care of in a friendly and professional manner.
