I wouldn't even give them 1 star .. but I have to, to be able to submit my review.
My husband went there today for a toothache and needed his tooth pulled, the tooth was already a little loose anyway. Got there, they did the X-Ray and the Dentist came in, didn't even talk to my husband, or ask him what kind of pain he was having or anything, just sat down and started pulling a tooth, IT WAS THE WRONG TOOTH!!!!! When my husband said he thinks they pulled the wrong one, all he said was "well this one needed to be pulled anyway." Well ya know what, that's not the point .. the point is he has been having a tooth ache and now you just pulled a tooth that wasn't even bothering him, and he is STILL going to have a tooth ache and we are out $100. DON'T GO HERE! Clearly they don't have any concern for their patients.
Very accommodating as far as scheduling an emergency visit. Staff is very friendly, great atmosphere and Pandora music. Dr Fortin is the best, a real joker who puts you at ease and really cares about doing the best by the patient. Works his magic naturally.
I am so pleased to see Dr. Fortin return from leave. He is kind, pleasant, conscientious to a fault who works miracles. He is the best dentist I have seen who makes you feel at ease and a pleasure to visit the office. I also wish to include the friendliness of the receptionists and dental assistants. Thanks to all.
I was very pleased with the warm, welcoming staff and with the professionalism of Dr. Patel. He shared information about my visit and gave me guidance in taking care of my teeth moving forward. Once again I'd like to thank all of the staff, receptionist and Dr. Patel for a pleasant visit and I'm looking forward to our next visit in February
My wife broke her tooth overnight and they immediately got her in the next day! Claire has been amazing and courteous every time! The cancellation list works great for us because of our work schedule! The hygienists Stephanie, Mel, and Melinda have always seen our entire family and always with a smile! Kal, the manager, always assists our family with last minute scheduling. You can tell this office cares and the staff is very approachable. Dr. Choudhri and Dr. Fortin have helped us tremendously. If you haven’t met Dr. Patel you are missing out, what an accomplished dentist! His bedside manner is amazing, very delicate and beautiful esthetic work! Paige and Donna, their assistants are so professional, keep you calm, help explain what they’re doing , and are patient! Love ADC! Would recommend to others!
