Because of Jordan K. I will continue my service with Sprint. She is professional, helpful , articulate, smart and truly has the customer service mentality that shows she cares. Thank you Jordan K. I wish That the corporate Sprint office in Delaware could have Jordan train the employees on customer service . I know if more people encountered someone like Jordan Sprint would never loose any customers.
I have been receiving bills from Sprint that were in excess of $900. I came into the sprint location on several occasions looking for answers , but everytime I would get an answer , follow the instruction that was given I would STILL have the issue. I was extremely frustrated and about to loose my cool and go to another carrier. I came into the store on 3/4 and spoke with Jordan K. She was amazing!!!! She was the 1st employee that really cared and tried to figure out what the problem is. She saw that it really was an error created by Sprint and made every attempt to fix it.
I was having quite a few issues with my account and Jordan was so helpful and made my experience so awesome ! I highly recommend if you go, You wait for her to help you as well ! Going into any store with two young kids is very hard but Jordans patience and kindness was great ! It's amazing to see that Sprint still has a great employee !
I was in the sprint store on February 28. Dj was my representative. All I can say is awesome. Dj has excellent customer service. Very patient and went through every detail of the cellphones I was purchasing. Dj went as far as breaking down the pmts and how my pmts will reflect for the first month. I will definitely come back to this store. Dj made me feel very welcomed. I will also let my friends know to go visit Dj at Simon Mall he is the best. Thanks a bunch Dj.
First visiting sprint in Dover someone (not saying any names) was horrible!!! She messed our account up so badly I was ready to leave sprint. Was then sent to first state and they were not helpful at all! He told us we're better off to just cancel our plan and give our phones back! So we gave them one more chance and came back to Dover to see Jordan, and she fixed everything for us! No doubts about anything she did all she could and we left very satisfied! Now anytime we come in the only person we deal with is Jordan! If she's not working that day we leave and come back! I highly recommend anyone who goes to Dover sprint in the mall to only deal with Jordan! You won't leave disappointed!
Everyone was extremely helpful! I didn't even walk into the mall to buy a phone but I walked by Sprint and Sam told me about an offer that was too good to pass up! Highly recommend!
