Hot or miss. Some employees care a lot some don't care at all. The Printers rarely work and are often down at critical times of the day. The "custom print" area has never figured out how to properly organize their work orders. It's been years and they're still always backed up and annoyed at customers like it's your fault they're so inefficient. The inventory they have a lot of items in stock which is good but their prices are insane. It's really expensive to by even the simplest of office supplies here. I don't really see how they stay in business. It must be their "copy and print" services that keep them floating.
The copy center staff was helpful when asked to assist on a self serve job. They refunded me the cost of copies that we're not successful. Very good customer service.

Made a trip to the Dover store to purchase some HDMI cables that the web site said they had in stock. The name brand product was not in stock and their brand was the only product at three times the cost. I politely tried to talk to an associate about it and she was very rude not even letting me finish a sentence. Asked to speak to a manager and waited 20 minutes, no manager. Just before I was about to leave an associate came up to me and said she was sorry but the manager can not speak to me. I do a lot of business with this store but only when I go in, get what I need and check out. If you need help, forget it. The associates I dealt with are just bad for business. Sorry Staples, you need to do better.
