I overdrew the account I never used and I decided to pay off the interest and close my account. When arriving, I gave them my debit card. "We only take cash" the teller said. And he called the manager to say that they don't take debit cards. This isn't the sixties anymore I don't have any cash. So inconvenient.
It is truly a "Great Day at American Spirit" I am very happy with the customer service, community relations and the desire to be a positive presents in the area. I am very taken with their ability to mold their services to the needs of those they serve. This is not a cookie cutter financial facility but a needs based operation.
