the repair man was great. fixed problem in about 10 minutes. calling to get a repair visit was the problem. call center was near impossible to deal with. The 5 stars is for the repair man not Sears.
The five stars are for the repairman not Sears products. Repairman 0022391 came, found the problem and came back to install new control panel. Works as good as new. Repairman was very polite and competent. Thank you! Just glad I had a warranty agreement as this was $703.22 for a less than 2 years old washer. Sear's products are not good anymore.
The worst company I've ever seen. I bought a warranty for our purchase-my fridge stopped working.the ice maker, inside area, and the freezer. It's been about six weeks still no service. Many changes in appointments for repairs. I'm so tired of sears! Do not buy from them or you'll be sorry! Next stop consumer protection with the local television station in Philadelphia. The service appointment was set up a week or so inadvance. The technician called the day of the appointment providing us with his arrival time - and he was on time. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and communicated in simple terms offering his expertise on use and operation of our appliance. Made our appliance and warranty purchase from Sears all that more valuable. Would recommend them without hesitation.
Why is everything in my husband's name? I bought the lawnmower and paid for it. I made the appointment. My husband died on 4/29/17. Seeing his name makes me sad. Seeing his name when he had nothing to do with purchase, credit card, or appointment makes me mad. I will be nice and not even go into what happened at my repair appointment. The work got done. That is the best I can say.
