His crew never came back to complete the job, he never called us back or emailed us and he hasn't reimbursed us. My husband and I were left to open the pool and deal with the black water ourselves. In my opinion, this is entirely unprofessional and completely ridiculous. I can't believe the owner would rather keep a petty $100 deposit and risk burning a bridge with a customer. Was it worth it, Chuck? I would not recommend hiring Chuck and his crew, NO price is worth this kind of aggravation.
Paid Chuck at Family Pool Maintenance a 50% deposit to open our swimming pool this season. His crew came out at the end of a Friday and stated that it was going to rain so they would only be able to remove the safety cover for the time being. When they pulled back the cover, the swimming pool water was completely black - we had hired them to professionally close our pool the prior season! They left "because of the weather" and we have not been able to get them back to finish opening our pool. This was over three weeks ago. I've called Chuck numerous times and left multiple messages as well as emails.
I used this company this year 2017. I am greatly disappointed in the service. the workers came an only put chlorine tablets in . they never put de in the filter never flushed the system . told us our pump was bad an it wasn't. they really need to ask the homeowner what they do for a living before they tell them things ate broke. they took the cover off an just left it on the ground. the one guy tried to get into our pool house ...i have camera's everywhere. they need to go back to school an learn how to take care of pools . will never have them at my home again.
Save yourself some time and DO NOT USE. The owner, Chuck, scheduled with me TWICE and blew me off both times. He did not communicate with me either day that he would be unable to come at the time that he scheduled. I had to contact him, after the scheduled time on both days, to find out that he would not be keeping his appointment, with no apology.
