Initially I was impressed with very timely communication as well as when I met them at the property that needs LBP encapsulation, they seemed very knowledgeable. However that was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have an estimate from them. I've called 3 times asking for it and emailed twice. If they aren't interested in the job, they could just say that instead of ignoring me all together. Very disappointed!
I have had two separate issues at my home, and Steve from Paul Davis was responsive, even at odd hours, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He's trustworthy and he does a fantastic job. Lord forbid I have another issue anytime soon, but if I do, I'm calling Steve.
