The guy Lee that did my nails is fantastic. The customer service however is awful, i had my wallet stolen when I was there. I don't know when and how but I KNOW I brought it in, I put it in my purse, walked to a different station and when I went back for it, it was gone. I've never misplaced my wallet, ever. Instead of just taking down my information they treated me like a thief. I tried to suggest PayPal but she said no. I am returning to pay my bill in the morning. My nails aren't even done, if I knowingly went in there without my wallet, wouldn't I have waited until they had finished? Smfh, I can't even explain how it feels to be robbed of all your money, IDs, cards, etc. and then be treated like some sort of degenerate. They were out there taking pictures of my license plate and rolling their eyes at me. Ugh

Horrible service. Never have I been turned down for a design. The guys excuse was "the girls are busy". They weren't doing anything! Never again Will I throw away money at this place. & when I left I had Nail Polish all over my toes. Totally not worth your time or money. Was going to spend over $80 but once after all this I had enough and left. #StepItUp
I have only had my nails done for a week, and 3 nails have popped off !!!! My nails normally last me 2-3 weeks, and I do not engage in any hard labor. Nail polish is no good, started chipping away by day 4. I am truly distraught. I will never return.
I was with my girlfriend while she was getting her nails done and witnessed terrible customer service!!!! One of the female workers told my girlfriend she was wasting time when she was simply trying to figure out what she wanted done to her nails. As well one of the male workers made smart remarks about the nails she came in with. The quality and service is poor, save yourself a trip and don't come here!!!
