Made two pedicure appointments here for my sister and law and I. We got there right at our appointment time. A walk in came in right before us, and after waiting about 20-30 minutes for our pedicures, we were kinda bummed to realize they took the walk in back before us. I thought that was the whole point of making a reservation?
About 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, we were taken back to start our pedicures. And they were great! The staff was extremely friend and accommodating. Loved the atmosphere of the salon. Besides the appointment snafu, I was extremely happy with the experience and will probably be back!
Highly recommend. Went for the first time a week ago to get a full set of acrylics. Ms. Parris was very knowledgeable and we discussed what would be best for my nails and what I wanted (stronger nails), she recommended a gel manicure (which was less expensive too). My nails look great a week later, no chipping or fading. The shop is clean and welcoming, making you feel relaxed, like you are hanging out with friends. A great all-around experience. I just booked my first follow-up and will be a return customer.
Great looking salon with excellent service. It's the kind of place to stay for hours. The owner makes everyone feel lile family.
