Facility was nicely decorated and fairly clean. Customer service is fair. Not friendly and welcoming, but the techs start to chat with you after a moment. I recommend!
Walked in at 7:15 (they close at 8pm) and everyone was so nice. Got a pedi, so relaxing and did a great job. I'll be back.
The water changes colors, which was cool. He took care of my feet in the process. I love the scrub and hot towel!
I was a customer of Kim's for at least 12 years. When she was at LA nails I had no problems with her customer service. Since she has opened her own nail salon Kim's customer service has declined. She does not keep appointments. She turns walk ins away. You wait for hours before even being service. And now she argues with her most loyal customers. I found a new nail tech who is amazing and now I have to find a new eye browlist because Kim apparently cares nothing about loyalty of the customers who helped her to get to her point now. I WILL NOT BE REFERREING ANYONE TO THIS NAIL SALON. Kim has become money hungry. It's really ashame.
Went on a Monday mid-afternoon and was finished with pedicure including drying time in about an hour and a half. The tech, a man that I didn't get his name, said Thursday thru Saturday is extremely busy.
I have been going to Kim for over a year now and she always does an amazing job. I started seeing her at LA nails and it's so much nicer to get to see her at her own shop. Yes, I have waited over an hour to see her before but she is also the most highly requested person there. I don't mind the wait when I know that it's worth it. Kim takes the time to perform flawless work and that's why I won't go anywhere else.
Was so disappointed they made my nails look like trash and the old lady completely messed my eyebrows up i love this place but today was just such a terrible experience
