Three stars overall for now. I'll go back again and hope for improvement. I also hope I can continue to get Ashely as my stylist.
Unfortunately, there was no record of what I had (as I understood would be the case) to tell the next stylist what to do. So, my next haircut was a bit haphazard. In both cases the process seemed a little rushed, but I definitely appreciated Ashley's taking the time in the beginning to understand what I wanted.
Very clean and interesting shop. They catered to my squirmy 6 yr old, who had a fear of clippers after being nicked in the past - the girl here was super good with him and had lots of tricks to help him stay calm. While they cut all hair types/ genders here, the store feels much more like a really cool barber shop for males - sports on tv at every station!
Got in and out quickly with a good haircut. Sammie did a great job.
The MVP treatment is mostly a big gimmick. The hot towel is nice, but the massaging shampoo and relaxing shoulder and neck treatments are just kind of meh. No big deal.
I came here just to get a quick haircut because the shop I usually go to was busy. Since it was my first time there they gave me the MVP package which included cut, shampoo and a shoulder massage! It usually costs $23 for this package!
Seriously come check this place out if you haven't tried sports clips yet.
Ive been here a few times the cuts always seemed rushes and I have to clean up mistakes once I get home. I had a great barber named Sam and she was phenomenal!

However, Ashley did a GREAT job figuring out what I wanted and executed the haircut exactly right. It's been a long time since I had a haircut this well done.
