service is very very good, convenience you can't beat, selection though is very limited and prices are steep. Takes a week to get a return credited back to your credit card.

I was surprised that during my time in the store, about 30 mins., not one customer service person asked if I needed help. Especially since they didn't have a lot of customers in the store. Usually I know what I want and don't need assistance, but, today I did. Left store and went somewhere else.
