They do maintenance on it suchlike cut the grass and pick up all the dead flowers things like that.
The care and condition of this memorial park is abhorred. They do not maintain the grounds in a way that is respectful of the dead that are buried there. I have had to personally maintain the gravestones of my family members.

I Pokemon here all the time. Great for walking your buddy and hatching eggs. Also has a few poke stops and gyms.
