Was told to pick up a trailer from this location, after being told it was stolen from the original location in New York. When we arrived we were "greeted" by a male curmudgeon who claimed he needed a specific piece of the contract (one that was not given to me in New York) in order to help. Without any thought of calling the main Budget office or checking any sort of database, he left and told us we needed to do the same, leaving us stranded.
I will never allow myself to consider, even for a second, to use Budget ever again because of this man at this location, and the entire experience in general. Budget is a joke of a company.
Our reservation was made AFTER calling to verify if the moving trucks were available at our location and was told they were. AFTER we processed our reservation with our credit card we then were told that the trucks are NOT there. Then we were told that customer service books reservations ALL THE TIME with vehicles not available. This is the SECOND time I have seen budget do this. We will let others know and will not do business with you again.
Great place to rent from the people are very nice there
I shopped around and Budget offered the best pricing with 80 free miles. I saved even more on a one way trip. The only issus I have is that they accidentally took the $150.00 deposit out of my bank 3 days AFTER my move & the truck was back on the lot?! Ridiculous...
If I could leave less than zero stars, I would.
