Its the worst place to get and ask for help. The make you wait unnecessarily Long hoping you just leave and come back to the same nonsense.
Why is everyone that works for this place rude? Am I not a human because I require help? Are you better than me? Are you not in the position to help? Why are they even working there if life sucks so much. Every single time I need to contact these people they are rude for no reason. Whoever is in charge should call in as a customer to see what type of Customer service people are receiving. I think they will be appalled!!! Get it together ppl. Be happy you have a job!
