This organization is extreme "UNORGANIZED" now that john is no longer with them. After nearly a 2 yr waiting process full of miscommunication and several staff changes, after putting me in a temporary home upon my agreement to pay utilities until we finally start to build my new home. After 4 months of making due and several hundred dollars worth of cleaning supplies to make this house a home, suddently I was put out on the street by the program director due to the place having mold and being overall unsafe with no heat or hot water which was the condition the house was in before I moved in. After being told that I could leave some of my things in the home until I could get them, the staff cordinator Jenn Cordova unexpectly popped up on me today while retrieving my things informing me that becaused they "ASSUMED" when I turned in a set of keys I no longer had access to the place or my property, and they had no clue that I would be retrieving the rest of my things today...I would be DESELECTED for home ownership, mind you this property had NOTHING to do with the contract signed or partnering with them. After such a crazy process of hurdles and disappointments! This organization only cares about their image! I would have been better off NOT dealing with them and avoiding the stress of knowing they used me to complete several projects for them as "Sweat Equity" hours just to deselect me after the work in the office and out was completed. THINK TWICE BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE PPL. The 0% interest isnt worth the emotional toll. They are extremely unprofessional!
