The customer service staff is great. With that being said, the staff that sets everything up need to follow directions a bit better before I can give another star. They placed the dance floor in the most uneven place imaginable. Also, the opening to the tent was in the wrong location and double the size. The service staff had them come back the same day and fix the dance floor, again wonderful! To us this was minor; so we thank Dover Rent All again and again!
