I like them. But the staff are low key cheap.
I wouldn't live here even if it was free the property managers are very unprofessional and play favorites towards there own kind very disrespectful bunch of people
I moved here in January 2017 and I have had nothing but good experiences so far. The staff does a good job at cleaning up the neighborhood and servicing tenants that have had issues. Our lock didnt match the shed and was fixed within an hour as well as our ac thermostat stopped working and that was fixed within a couple hours. I have emailed and been responded to within an hour usually. They are all up for people having pets, super easy process when getting one. The only downside is that rent is supposed to be going up if I wanted to renew and we would have to pay a water bill which use to be included. For 1400-1500 I rather just get my own place and save a couple hundred.
My brother just moved into one of these apartments. Nicely maintained, with fresh pain, hardwood floors and what appeared to be new carpet. Love that all utilities are included as the monthly "rent" as that makes it easier to budget.
Worst place I have ever lived in and that's saying a lot because I used to live at country village apartments. Rent is ridiculous and they refuse to take care of even basic service issues in a quick manner. Some examples include them not replacing the expired fire extinguisher for two months, still not repairing my air conditioning after telling them about it for months, and it taking my wife and I calling their corporate office to get them to replace the rotting wood around the back door. The accounting office has lost my checks to them multiple times. Renter beware!!!!
