This place is not the same place use to live in. When we first moved in the staff was friendly and helpful and understood lie happens unfortunately sometimes, where im guessing shes a new manager is now choosing to enforce rules that she claimed are on the lease like paying with a money order if your late instead of taking you check when they never did that before, there is no people skills when talking and seems to get very short with you, that is why we are leaving. Also, when mentioned we were leaving, they were like, oo are you sure you want to leave you have to pay somewhere else to rent and pay for a moving truck and try to make you feel bad about leaving. Plus rent keeps going up, paying for rent there is like paying the same as a mortgage now. We use to love it here but its not the same anymore.
Im such a stalker
There is mold growing which was reported upon moving in and took months to remove. Things get stolen and when reported to maintance they take days to replace (which really sucks if its your trash can that goes missing). Also, the power went out for days and was informed that anything thrown away would be replaced. Now they want past grocery receipts showing what was in the fridge/freezer!! They manipulate and take advantage. Definately not a good place to live. Look elsewhere! Nothing is worth the hassle the leasing office will give you when things break, which happens often. Like the heat in the winter (which was down for days and I had to actually move in for a week with a coworker). If electricity, heat and peace of mind are not of importance, than by all means, consider this complex...
At first we loved living here. After the years have passed we have been very unpleased with the cost, maintenence and the staff at the leasing office. Rent increases at least $50/year, no upgrading is done inbetween leases. Maintenace will come and "fix" (Cover Up) any issues you may have in your unit. They will nickle and dime you whenever they see fit. You have to make sure you bring your trash cans up to your house or they charge you a fine, park on the grass for any reason, fine. Oh and there is a squirrel infestation. The damage they cause to your cars, yes cars, and plants will never be reimbursed. Believe me it happens a lot! Also, the staff.. it blows my mind how they talk down to thier tenants. I feel like I have been talked to like I am a child on multiple occasions. We continue to live here because we are looking into home buying but looking forward to the day we can leave. Good luck..
