NEVER GO HERE! NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE! NEVER TRUST A GHETTO AFRICAN BOOTLEG BUSINESS! This fool was sapposed to fix a tiny hole on a $300 Kate Spade purse at the corner of the purse he said two weeks to fix it and it turned into 4 weeks and all he did was use black glue over the purse hole. It looks AN UNSIGHTLY MESS! It was worse than before! He refused to give my money back! He was rude and nasty but justice will serve as I contacted the bbb and he will be writing me a check :) GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The quality of work is great. But sometimes, he is a little slow, but worth the wait.
The repairs temporarily extended the life of the shoes but the work was half-assed. I had a crack in the sole of a shoe. The guy only sealed half of it and left the ends of the crack open. Also, I had a pair of shoes that both needed to be re-glued at the toes. He only repaired one of the shoes.
