I lived at governor's square apartments with my wife for about 15 months. I liked the apartment and all the amenities. Nice washer/dryer, quiet AC and plenty of room in the two-story town house. Great deal for the area. It's a quiet complex and I always felt safe. Property management was very responsive. Fixed AC within a couple hours on a Saturday. I received my full deposit check back. One word of advice for management company is to have more scheduled trash pickups and more recycle bins, especially around Christmas.
